Abstract

This Decree consisting of 4 articles aims to implement the control system based on the degree of health risk by identifying the health risks associated with the imported food, which are classified and arranged according to the purpose of their use. Article 1 in a schedule classifies imported food items according to their risk by dividing it into (i) Very high; (ii) High; (iii) Medium; (iv) Low; (v) Very low; and (vi) Ignored. Article 3 provides for the inspections procedures to be determined by the Authority
