This Decree enters into force on 27 March 2017.
Abstract

This Decree establishes the Guidelines for Oil Palm Planting, Development of Human Resources and Assistance of Facilities and Infrastructure in the Framework of Oil Palm Plantation. The Guidelines consist of ten Chapters completed by three Attachments and are intended as a reference in increasing production and productivity effectively and efficiently through the implementation of activities of rejuvenating oil palm planters, development of human resources and assistance in facilities and infrastructure so that their implementation is on target. Guidance for replanting oil palm planters aiming at developing human resources and providing facilities and infrastructure, includes: a) oil palm rejuvenation; b) human Resource Development; c) facility and infrastructure assistance; d) criteria and indicators; e) organization; f) procedure for carrying out activities; g) funding; h) rights and obligations. Rejuvenation of oil palm planters includes preparation for rejuvenation of oil palm planters. Human resource development includes training of officers/trainers and planters, and assistance and facilitation.
