This Decree enters into force the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties: “Sítio Beija Flor”, “Lagoa do Frio”, “Fazenda Esperança”, “Fazenda Gleba da Onça”, “Fazenda Carnaúba do Ajudante”, “Fazenda Serra Negra”, “Fazenda Betel”, “Fazenda Santa Helena”, - “Fazenda Terra Nova”, “Lote 152C - Loteamento Araguacema”, “Fazenda Buritirana”. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.
