This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree approves the administrative demarcation of the Kariri-Xocó Indigenous People Area, located in the State of Alagoas. The administrative demarcation, promoted by the National Foundation of Indigenous Peoples, of the indigenous land called Kariri-Xocó, located in the Municipalities of Porto Real do Colégio and São Braz, State of Alagoas, destined for the permanent possession of the Kariri-Xocó indigenous group, with an area of four thousand six hundred and ninety-four hectares eighty-eight ares and twenty-three hundred ares and a perimeter of forty-one thousand five hundred and nine meters and seventy-two centimeters, as detailed in the text.
