Abstract This Decree, composed of 9 articles, institutes the “Serra do Itajaí” National Park located within the municipalities of Ascurra, Apiúna, Blumenau, Botuverá, Gaspar, Guabiruba, Indaial, Presidente Nereu and Vidal Ramos, in the State of Santa Catarina.
