Article 1 allows the commercial fishing for fry for human consumption and establishes the modalities for the issuance of fishing licences. Fishing is allowed every year for a period of time not exceeding 60 days from 1 December to 30 April. The Decree sets out the procedure to be followed in order to apply for the authorization. Article 5 concerns the obligation of the shipowner to keep a record of the total catch and the days and zones in which fishing activities have been performed.
