Abstract This Decree, consisting of 3 articles and three Annexes, defines the area of the Organized Port of Santana, within the State of Amapá. The Santana Organized Port area, located in the Santana Municipality, is defined by the polygons whose vertices have the geo-referenced coordinates broken down in Annexes I, II and III, as at in the SIRGAS 2000 system. The area of the Organized Port includes the port facilities and the infrastructures of protection and access to the harbour, as a public facilities and equipped to meet the needs of navigation, handling of passengers, transport and storage of goods, and whose traffic and port operations are under the jurisdiction of the Port Authority.
