Entry into force six months after its official publication.
Abstract

President of the State Committee for Standardization and Metrology decrees to validate the Regulation. The present document establishes the proceedings and the modalities of compulsory certification of gas to be supplied to the consumers. The document consists of IV sections and contains 6 Annexes. Section I establishes the sphere of application of the present Regulation. Section II lays down the general provisions. Section III establishes the modalities of compulsory certification of gas. Section IV regards dispute settlement. Annex 1 contains the list of normative documents. Annex 2 contains the schemes of certification. Annex 3 contains the application form for certification of produce within the system of GOST R. Annex 4 contains the decision of the certification body as regards examination of an application for certification. Annex 5 contains act of the selection of samples. Annex 6 (recommended) contains the protocol of tests.
