Decree No.546 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on appointment, professional training and activity of consultants (advisors) in the sphere of safe transportation of hazardous cargo.

This Decree establishes the modalities of appointment at the enterprises (entrepreneurial associations) performing transportation of hazardous cargo by motor vehicles, on rail, or loading and unloading of hazardous cargo, of consultants (advisors) od safety issues with a view of risks for human beings and environment. The Decree sets forth qualification and training requirements for consultants and lists professional duties thereof.
