It shall not be applicable to seed grain and grain obtained with the application of GMO technologies. Grain shall be subject to mandatory identification for compliance with safety requirements. Grain must comply with hygienic, sanitary and veterinary requirements in course of processing, handling, transport, storage, release, trade and recycling.
