Abstract This Decree provides the institutional structure of the Environment Secretary of State (SEMAM) thus modifying the former Public Works and Environment Secretary of State (SOMA). The Decree, composed of 14 articles, establishes the basic structure and functions of SEMAM under the direction of a General Secretary.
