Abstract

This Decree applies to cod trawling vessels which are under duty of a licence according to Decree No. 2185 of 1986. The yearly quota for the catch of cod and haddock with trawlers north of the 62nd parallel allocated in accordance with the above-mentioned Decree, may be divided into single quotas. Section 4 indicates various categories of trawler groups. Section 7 provides for the allocation of single quotas for vessels which have been withdrawn from fisheries. This allocation is regionally bound.
