Abstract

This Decree requires fishermen that are not registered in the fishermen's census to report on fishing for red king crabs as covered by Decree No. 1681 of 2005 to place restrictions on fishing by fishermen that are not registered in the fishermen's census for cod, lumpfish, mackerel and red king crabs. The report shall be as indicated in the Schedule to this Decree and shall be sent to the Fisheries Directorate of the Finnmark region. Non-compliance with this rule shall be punished in accordance with section 53 of the Act relating to sea-water fisheries
