Abstract Supreme Council, with a view of strengthening protection and conservation of unique genetic resources of precious and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species, and regulation of import and export thereof, decrees to prohibit to all enterprises and organizations, and also to natural persons, capture, hunting, captive ranching and export of precious and endangered wild fauna species (including poisonous species and fishes), obtaining poison therefrom, procurement and harvesting of wild flora medicinal, edible and ornamental plants without authorization.
