This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, consisting of 3 articles, establishes The administrative demarcation promoted by the National Indian Foundation - Funai of the indigenous land denominated Baía dos Guató, located in the Municipality of Barão de Melgaço, within the State of Mato Grosso. It specifies geographical coordinates of the above mentioned indigenous land for the permanent possession of the indigenous group Guató, with an area of 19,216 hectares, 96,600 ares, and a perimeter of 106,492 meters and twelve centimeters, as specified in the text.
