Abstract

This Decree establishes the list of compulsory arrangements for the prevention of cattle diseases at pedigree farms and state breeding enterprises. Visits to specialized pedigree farms and state breeding enterprises shall be allowed in the presence of written authorization issued by the Chief Veterinary Directorate subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Specialized means of transport shall be authorized to enter passing through disinfecting screen. Once in a month shall be carried out complex sanitary arrangements: mechanical cleaning, sanitary maintenance and disinfection. Keeping of other animals at pedigree farms and state breeding enterprises, except for guard dogs that must be vaccinated against rabies, shall be prohibited.
