Decree No. 93 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on classification of quotas for processing of sugar, the modalities of allocation thereof and trade of sugar exceeding quota.

This Decree establishes classification of quotas for processing of sugar, the modalities of allocation thereof and trade of sugar exceeding quota. Quotas shall be classified as follows: (a) principal quota (A) corresponding to annual consumption of sugar on internal market; (b) additional quota (B) envisaged for meeting quota A plus optimization of stock of sugar; and (c) extra-quota (C) amount of sugar produced exceeding quota A and quota B.
