Abstract This Decree creates the National Strategy for Investments and Socio-economic Impact and the Impact Investment and Business Committee. It creates the National Impact Investment and Business Strategy, with the purpose of articulating federal public administration, private sector and civil society bodies and entities, in the promotion of an environment conducive to the development of investments and impact businesses. The National Strategy for Investment and Impact Business has the following objectives: I - mobilization of public and private resources destined to the investment and financing of development activities; II - increase the dissemination of the culture of socio-environmental impact assessment and the support to the involvement of these enterprises; III - strengthening intermediary organizations offering support to the development of businesses that impact and empower entrepreneurs, generate new knowledge on the subject or promote the involvement of impact businesses with investors, donors and other organizations that own capital ; IV - promotion of institutional and normative environment favorable to investments and impact businesses, through the proposition of normative acts referring to the subject; and V - strengthening data generation that gives more visibility to investments and impact businesses.
