In the process of performance of preventive arrangements related to fish diseases in freshwater waterbodies shall be prohibited: (a) pollution of waterbodies by sewerage and effluent waste water discharged by industrial enterprises; (b) discharge of non-treated biothermically animal manure; and (c) introduction from other waterbodies of freshwater fishes, molluscs and other living organisms that are transmitters of fish diseases.
