Abstract

This Decree validates Veterinary and Sanitary rules for fishfarming organizations with a view of prophylaxis of infectious and invasive fish diseases, including disinfection and sanitary treatment of equipment, utensils and fishfarming areas. In the process of performance of preventive arrangements related to fish diseases in freshwater waterbodies shall be prohibited: (a) pollution of waterbodies by sewerage and effluent waste water discharged by industrial enterprises; (b) discharge of non-treated biothermically animal manure; and (c) introduction from other waterbodies of freshwater fishes, molluscs and other living organisms that are transmitters of fish diseases.
