Abstract This Decree regulates the slaughtering in slaughterhouses and in other premises of animals kept for the production of meat, leather, fur and other products. It also applies to the transport, keeping, immobilization and stupefaction of animals for slaughther, and to slaughtering methods for epidemic and disease prevention purposes.
