The Regulation determines the modalities of filling in, registration and issuing of veterinary certificate. Availability of veterinary certificate in case of import to the EU of dogs, cats and other animals shall be compulsory. The veterinary certificate shall be drawn in conformity with the Annex 1 and shall contain the following data: 1) personal data of the owner; 2) data regarding animal (description, identification, vaccination, antiparasitic treatment and the state of health).
