Tourist and excursion ports shall respect navigation safety rules (art. 1). Managers and investors of private and tourist ports shall establish offices for Public Security and Customs at their own expenses (art. 2). Tourist and excursion boats or yachts which do not have a navigation agent, shall give to the Head of the port an application containing all data about the boat and shall respect all directions issued by the Head of the port (art. 3). Boats and yachts shall deliver, to the Head of the port, the Statement of the boat within 24 hours (art. 4). These boats and yachts shall not carry out any commercial activity, and shall be subject to the control and inspection of Lebanese Costumers and public Security (arts. 5 and 6).
