Article 1 deals with the reorganization and composition of the Bureau of Survey and Land Registry as follows: (1) Department of Human and Finance Resources and Land Affairs Unit are under the control of the President of the Bureau of Survey and Land Registry; (2) Technical Affairs Department and Registration and Monitoring Department under the control of the Director-General of Land Registry; (3) Structural Planning Department and Department of Urban Planning and Villages under the control of the Director-General of Urban Planning; and, (4) Land Survey Department, Topographic Survey Department and Marine Survey Office are under the control of the Director-General of Survey. Article 2 decrees the abrogation of all texts which are incompatible with this Decree. Article 3 entrusts the Council of Minister to implement this Decree.
