The First Volume contains binding provisions, based on the rules and related professional requisites of the EC, regarding the production, distribution, marketing, utilization and examination of feedstuffs, and the list of authorized feedstuffs ingredients and additives. Volume II contains recommended normas regarding the description and utilization of feedstuffs, and standards for the minimum nutrient content. Volume III deals with recommended analyses methods. Redaction, supervision and publication of the Codex is duty of the National Feedtuffs Codex Committee.
