The tasks of the State Grain Inspectorate shall be: 1) the state inspection grain, cereals, flour, mixed fodder quality; 2) elaboration of proposals as regards improvement of the state policy in the sphere of improving grain quality. The State Grain Inspectorate shall carry out the following functions: 1) supervision of the technological processes grain, cereal and mixed fodder manufacturing; 2) compulsory inspection of all grain, cereals and flour in the process of import, export and storage as the state material reserve with the subsequent issuing of quality certificate; 3) verifies the compliance of grain, cereals, flour and mixed fodder quality with compliance certificate; 4) supervises the correctness of the registration of grain, cereals, flour and mixed fodder; 5) supervises storage terms and conditions of grain, cereals, flour and mixed fodder.
