Abstract

The Premier establishes that procurement (collection, harvesting) of common licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) on agricultural land by natural and legal persons shall be performed without any special permit if they perform contractual arrangements related to supply this species to processing organizations producing extract of root of common licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra).
