Annex 1 contains the Regulation on trade of grains from state reserves for fodder supplies to stockbreeding and aquaculture. Annex 2 contains grains quotas for fodder out of stock of state reserves for the first half of 2018. Regulation on trade of grains from state reserves for fodder supplies to stockbreeding and aquaculture specifies that purchase of fodder shall be authorized only by officially registered customers. The Ministry of Economy shall reserve annually quotas of grains out of stock of public reserves destined for fodder supplies to stockbreeding and aquaculture. Legalization of purchase and sale of fodder shall be performed the day of receipt of the record of commercial transaction on terms and conditions established therein. Full text Russian Website lex.uz
