Abstract This Decree amends competencies, composition and functioning of the National Council for Food and Nutritional Security (CONSEA). Amendments establish new composition of the National Council for Food and Nutritional Security (CONSEA). CONSEA consist of sixty members and alternates, of which two-thirds of civil society representatives and one-third of government representatives, as provided in art. 11 of Law 11.346 of 15 September 2006.
