Abstract

The Ministry validates the lists of endangered species of wild flora and fauna protected by CITES contained in the Annexes 1 to 3 of the present Decree. Import and export of the aforesaid species shall be subject to issuing of a standard CITES permit in four copies. The Regulation specifies the modalities of filling in thereof. All live specimens must pass obligatory marking that shall be applicable to all mammals (Mammalia), birds (Aves), reptiles (Reptilia), amphibians (Amphibia) and fishes (Pisces) that shall also be subject to the obligation of registration.
