Abstract This Decree establishes the list of sanitary and rehabilitation arrangements, the modalities of performance thereof, and sanitary requirements for forest management and forest uses. It shall include pest control arrangements, forest protection measures, forest pathology monitoring, sanitary felling (including protection of extracted timber) and rehabilitation arrangements. Removal of dead stand, windfall and fallen trees shall be performed as integral part of sanitary and rehabilitation arrangements. Sanitary felling of mature and overmature forest stand shall be considered priority measure. Timber stored in forests shall require protective arrangements against pests and diseases. Forest species infected with pests and diseases shall be excluded from collection of sap and wood juices. Full text Russian Website www.pravo.by
