Abstract

This Decree assigns to national scientific research and production Centre of ornamental gardening and forest nursery the following tasks: (a) elaboration and implementation of unified strategy for the development of ornamental gardening in conformity with studies of the demand of internal and external markets; (b) introduction of advanced technologies for cultivation of planting material of ornamental plants; (c) introduction of common certification and standardization system of planting material of ornamental plants; and (d) zoning of ornamental plants with the consideration of soil and climatic conditions of the different regions.
