The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of Transbug Polesye biosphere reserve: 1) main felling; 2) any activity causing change of the natural landscape and hydrological regime; 3) damage and annihilation of shrubbery and forest plantations and disturbance of soil; 4) waste disposal; 5) burning out dry plantations and land clearing; 6) discharge of sewage into water bodies; 7) setting up tourist camps. The proclamation of Transbug Polesye biosphere reserve shall not entail the expropriation of land. The regional executive bodies shall be the managing authority of Transbug Polesye biosphere reserve. The damages caused to Transbug Polesye biosphere reserve shall be compensated by the legal and natural persons in conformity with the modalities established by law.
