Included are vessels from Canada, Estonia, Lithuania, Faeroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, the European Union, the Russian Federation, and Norway. Total allowable catch shall be established temporarily for each country separately. The penal provisions contained in Act No. 91 of 1976 establishing the Norwegian economic zone shall apply to fishing regulated by the present Decree.
