Abstract

certification of agricultural crop seeds in the control inspection of the Agro-industrial complex under this Cabinet of Ministers to individuals and legal entities for agricultural crop seeds determines the procedure for the provision of state services for issuing or rejecting certificates of conformity. Products are certified by the Uzagroinspectsiya based on the application or questionnaire sent by the applicant through the Center of State Services, the Unified Interactive State Services Portal or submitted to the certification body of the Agro-Industrial Complex Control Inspection under the Cabinet of Ministers. Specific features of the certification of mandatory certified products are regulated by separate regulatory legal documents, as well as regulatory documents in the field of technical regulation. During the certification, the compliance of the product with the requirements established in the regulatory documents is confirmed. The following documents are required from the applicant: (a) a sample or information about the product from the product label; (b) a copy of the conformity certificate issued to the product before planting; (c) in case of certification of local products, the original or a copy confirming the authenticity of the certificate on the approval inspection of the varieties of agricultural crops during the field vegetation period; (d) conclusion that locally produced products are chemically treated against diseases and insects; (e) a permit for seed propagation by the originator of the product belonging to the original seeds (1-2 years and seed propagation nurseries) when grown by the applicant (a copy of the scientific-practical cooperation contract and the invoice about the purchase of seeds before planting); (f) foreign phytosanitary certificate, conformity certificate, waybill, invoice for the imported product; and (g) copies of the local quarantine permit (IKR) or cargo inspection documents (AKD), a copy of the document confirming the payment of the fee (fee). When documents are issued in a foreign language, copies of texts translated into Uzbek or Russian and certified are attached. Selection and identification of product samples for certification shall be carried out on site by Uzagroinspektsiya no later than two working days after the application is submitted. Specialists of Uzagroinspektion carry out the processes of identification and sample selection in the presence of the applicant or his representative. Tests for the purpose of certification are conducted in accredited test laboratories. Uzagroinspektsia issues or refuses to issue a product conformity certificate after reviewing the test report and analysis results, as well as the documents submitted by the applicant.
