This Decree enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Decree is composed of 3 clauses. Clause I provides for the following: (a) the establishment of a natural rampart in the zone of El-Amid located in the Province of Marsa Matrouh in the manner stated in the schedule of (UNESCU) related to the ramparts of lively framework; (b) the prohibition of hunting all species of wild animals as well as cutting trees in the zone situated between the railway at El-Amid northwards and the south of Tel Elkhashm at a distance of 5 km and to the extent of 10 km eastwards and westwards; and; (c) the prohibition of pasturing and cutting different sorts of plants within an area of 7 square km. Clause II provides for the establishment of a natural rampart in the zone of Elba Mountain in the Province of the Red Sea as defined in the attached map, and prohibits the hunting of all species of birds and animals in the aforementioned zone. All the competent Authorities cooperating with the Technical Committees shall implement this Decree.
