Decree No. 7 of the State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy and Cartography validating the Regulation on access to information contained in state land cadastre register.

This Decree establishes that access to information contained in state land cadastre register shall be granted to the users concerned by the local executive bodies and local self-government in the place of location of plots of land. Information shall be granted upon submittal of written application containing place of location of the plot of land and name of the applicant.
