Decree No. 7 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection on declaration, reorganization and cessation of the functioning of protected areas.

This Decree establishes the modalities of preparation, coordination and submittal to the President and Government of the written statements on declaration, reorganization and cessation of the functioning of protected areas, national parks, nature reserves and validates the list of documents and materials that are integral part of such written statements. For the purpose of declaration and reorganization of protected areas the following documents must be submitted to the Ministry of Natural Resou
