Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force 15 day after the date of signature.
Abstract

This Decree establishes sanitary and epidemiological requirements for projecting, construction, reconstruction and operation of centralized utility and drinking water supply systems. Potable water quality and potable water quality control shall comply with potable water quality standards and technical requirements. Unification of utility and potable water supply system and technical water supply system shall be prohibited. Centralized utility and drinking water supply shall ensure stable and sustainable water supply of residential areas, public edifices, organizations, and enterprises, but also meet the demand for industrial water use and agricultural water use. In the process of disinfection of water and water supply systems by chlorine-containing chemicals shall be ensured control of contents of active chlorine therein.
