Decree No. 69 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating Veterinary and Sanitary rules of application of operational procedures in case of identification of infectious diseases inserted in the list of International Office of Epizootics.

Abstract

This Decree validates Veterinary and Sanitary rules of application of operational procedures in case of identification of infectious diseases inserted in the list of International Office of Epizootics with a view of prevention of spreading of the aforesaid infectious diseases. State veterinary service shall analyze on monthly basis epizootic situation at the national and at the international levels in relation to infectious diseases included in the list. In case of identification of the outbreak of infectious disease veterinary expert or owner of infected animal must timely inform district (city) veterinary inspection and isolate animals of all species vulnerable to such disease. Veterinary inspector, informed of the outbreak of disease, shall prohibit movement of animals within 10-km radius of the focus of disease and shall organize epizootic inspection.
