Abstract This Decree prescribes the safety in production, purchase, sale, transportation, storage, use, collection, destruction and discharge of dangerous chemicals. The Decree consists of 31 articles divided into 6 Chapters: General provisions (I); Identification and declaration of chemicals (II); Regulations on safety in chemical activities (III); State management over chemical safety (IV); Inspection, examination and handling of violations (V); Implementation provisions (VI). Chemicals must always be accompanied by chemical safety data sheets in the process of their circulation and must be labelled as dangerous chemicals (arts. 8 and 9).
