Decree No. 68 of the Federal Mining and Industrial Survey validating the Regulation on safe operation and subsoil protection in the process of development of salt deposits by resorption through boreholes from surface crust.

This Decree establishes that brine extraction facilities shall be considered mining industry carrying out extraction of solid salt by underground resorption through boreholes from surface crust and also extraction of brine.
