Abstract This Decree is composed of three articles and one Annex. It ratifies the Agreement on the Conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels (ACAP) signed in Cape Town on 2001. The annexed Agreement is composed of 19 articles and two annexes. It defines the conservation and protection objectives as well as the conservation strategy and envisaged measures.
