Abstract

This Decree validates Veterinary and Sanitary Regulation for prophylaxis and liquidation of Newcastle disease of poultry classified as particularly dangerous infectious animal disease. Veterinary experts of poultry breeding farms must comply with the following requirements: (a) implement provisions of the Veterinary Statute; (b) enforce veterinary rules and regulations for poultry farms; and (c) prevent access to poultry farms of unauthorized persons and motor vehicles. Poultry houses and facilities for storage of feedstuffs and eggs must be free of pests and inaccessible for domestic animals, wild and synathropic bird species.
