Abstract

Veterinary regulation of regionalization of the territory of the Russian Federation establishes the list of infectious animal diseases subject to application of regionalization, the procedure and the particulars of keeping of livestock, transportation on the national territory of commodities subject to veterinary inspection, the list and the procedure of additional antiepizootic arrangements, and the procedure for information of natural and legal persons, state bodies and local government on regionalization arrangements, data collection, updating and publication of regionalization data and mapping. Regionalization of the territory of the Russian Federation shall be intended determination of the status of the infectious animal disease of the territory of the Russian Federation or its part, limited by natural or artificial barriers and (or) boundaries of the territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation, municipalities or combination thereof. The status of a region in relation to infectious animal disease characterizes the region in terms of the presence on its territory of an infectious disease pathogen, vaccination against an infectious disease in the region, and the level of risk of introduction of the disease (its pathogen). Regionalization of the territory of the Russian Federation shall be performed with the consideration of the data of epizootic zoning and zoosanitary status. The list of infectious animal diseases, for which the regionalization of the territory of the Russian Federation shall be applicable, is contained in the Annex.
