This Decree establishes the list of identification codes of water and soft drinks with mandatory numerical labelling in accordance with Annex 1. Starting from March 1, 2024, importers of water and soft drinks (beverages) in the relevant group will be obliged to reflect the aggregated import code for the imported products in the customs cargo declaration. Circulation of mandatory digital labelling features of water and soft drinks (beverages) through identification means, as well as descriptions of identification means, by participants in the circulation of products to the operator of the national information system "Original Mark", sets the stages and deadlines for providing information. Starting from March 1, 2022, producing and importing organizations have the right to order the marking codes necessary for the formation of identification means and their placement on consumer and grouped packaging of water and soft drinks by making appropriate payments to the operator of the "Original Mark" MAT. The means of identification is applied to consumer packaging and (or) group packaging and (or) a label and (or) a sticker that does not allow separating the means of identification from the product packaging. If water and soft drinks are produced on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, application of digital identification means to these products is carried out at the places of production or storage of the products. If water and soft drinks are brought (imported) from other countries to the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, digital identification means can be attached to them in the following manner: (a) during production of water and soft drinks; (b) in the territory of other countries, without crossing the state border of the Republic of Uzbekistan; and (c) prior to the application of the customs regime of "free circulation (import)" in the territory of the customs warehouse.
