Abstract

Head of the Administration, for the purpose of creation of sustainable stock of marketable fish in the main regional fishing areas, authorizes regional department of agro-industrial complex to make annual contracts with the organizations and enterprises irrespectively of the form of property for the concession of the areas for fishing and harvest of aquatic species subject to fishing. The aforesaid department is authorized to set annual shares for repopulation of the stock of fish for each fishing enterprise in proportion to its fishing quota. Revenues from shares for repopulation of the stock of fish must be used for the following purposes: 1) Financing of the long-term projects for repopulation of the stock of fish and raise productivity of fish in reservoirs. 2) Development of the infrastructure of the regional fish-breeding organizations. 3) Fish-breeding arrangements and protection of the stock of fish. 4) Financing of research aimed at raise of the efficiency of fishing and fish-processing industry.
