This Decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree is composed of 12 articles and one Annex. It institutes the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Climate Change (CIM), a body guiding the formulation of the national plan on Climate Change and on all issues related to Climate Change. The decree defines its functions, composition and internal structure. The Annex provides definitions and expressions used under the UNFCC and in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
