Abstract

This Ministerial Order, composed of 8 articles and one Annex, approves the Agreement between the Government of Capo Verde and the Arab Bank for African Economic Development (BADEA) for financing the project of the Cannes Fish Industry “SUCLA”, located in the Island of São Nicolau. The Decree regulates the interest payment, amortisation, Government’s assistance to SUCLA, and the monitoring Governments Institutions. The Annex provides a French and a Portuguese version of the afore said agreement.
