Abstract The aim of this Decree is to regulate the Survey and Land Registration Bureau. This Decree is composed of 3 articles. The Survey and Land Registration Bureau is composed of the following Directorates and Sections: (a) General Directorate of Resources and Information Systems that includes the Human and Financial Resources Directorate and the Information Systems Directorate; (b) the General Directorate of Land Registration that includes the Technical Affairs Directorate and the Registration and Follow-up Directorate; and, (c) the General Directorate of Survey that includes the Cadastre Survey Directorate, the Topographic Survey Directorate and the Hydrographic Survey Office. Article 2 repeals all texts that are incompatible with this Decree.
