This Decree enters into force immediately.
Abstract

This Decree establishes quality standards and sanitary requirements to be satisfied by food for human consumption. It consists of 5 Parts defining the requirements for: food additives, beverages, treated foods, etc., and establishing food protection measures as well as a food institution entitled for carrying out sanitary controls on food. Part 3 specifies fraud control and penalties to be paid by offenders.
